THE WORLD’S END Release Date Moved Up to July 19th in the U.K.
For people in U.K the end of the world will be coming a bit earlier then expected. Director of the upcoming film The World’s End was initially set to be released in the U.K on July 19th and in the U.S on October 25th. The U.K release has been fortunately moved up to August 23. Now that the U.K date has moved up Wright announced the move on his Twitter account. He says “Prepare for barmageddon: The World’s End hits UK cinemas on July 19th!”
This film will be the third and final movie in the “Blood and Ice Cream Trilogy” from Wright. Stars Simon Pegg and Nick Frost has begun to work with Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz. The plot of The World’s End follows five childhood friends that are going through a crazy pub crawl in hopes to get to the pub named ” The World’s End”. This group of friends is played by Pegg Simon, Nick Frost, Eddie Marsan, Paddy Considine and Martin Freeman. As they find their way to the fabled pub, they come to discover that the fate of humankind is on the line. A trailer is expected to come out soon, so keep an eye open!
